About the Item

Bring rustic warmth and timeless craftsmanship to your dining space with this antique solid oak farm table from France, circa 1920. Crafted in the Louis XIII style, the rectangular planked top, nearly three inches thick, features wonderful surface character and natural distress, accented with decorative forged iron diamond inlays. It rests on a pair of turned baluster supports joined by an H-shaped stretcher and raised on shaped trestle feet. The refectory table retains its rich walnut finish and showcases a deep, mellow patina developed over time. Sturdy and well-proportioned, this French Provincial table will seat six to eight comfortably, making it a perfect centerpiece for family meals or relaxed entertaining.
