A very good looking well made and decorative piece, it sits beautifully in any setting and is very unitarian. This piece just screams fine English town house furniture and being after a design made by the great and world famous house of Lambs of Manchester you know its as good as can be. This is the first of this size I have seen with the tilt top, they were usually a lot smaller, this can be used as an occasional table or as intended, a dining table
Condition wise we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, it is in very good order throughout, there will be some light age and use related patina marks here and there which only add to the look and feel of the piece
