About the Item

A fabulous 19th Century well figured mahogany extending D-end dining table, finely hand carved and of neat proportions with beautifully rich patination and grain. This stunning piece is of exceptional quality and can comfortably seat up to eight people, features three interchangeable extension leaves and a winding mechanism. The moulded top is raised over a simple frieze, supported on elegantly tapering, ring turned and fluted legs, terminating on finely cast brass and ceramic casters.
