About the Item

An outstanding country farmhouse table from 19th century France, handcrafted from solid oak and aged to a black walnut tone. The top planks–made of only two parallel boards–have been shaped to rounded corners and exhibit a weathered softness revealing original saw marks and generations of patina that feels inviting to the touch. Built to host an abundance of food and guests (ideal for 10 people), a total of six turned legs distribute the weight of the table with a leg at each corner and two thoughtfully positioned in the center. Cleaned and polished with a French paste wax to preserve the unique patina, ready to be admired in your interior.
