About the Item
This elegant six foot round table stands on a sturdy pedestal base with four hand turned columns, and supported by hand carved molded flat shoe feet for ultimate stability. The intricate 3" thick top features a parquet and geometric decor made with antique wood, including cherry and acacia, and is embellished with a large two-tone inlay star motif in the center, and decorative inlaid diamond shape decor around the perimeter. The Louis XIII style table is in excellent condition with wonderful character, a rich walnut patina, and a nicely distressed finish. This large fruitwood table suitable for eight to ten people, would make an impressive addition to any dining room or breakfast room.
