About the Item

Designed by Keiji Takeuchi By Interiors undergirds its Aluminum Table System with a lightweight but remarkably strong tabletop in ultra-thin aluminum honeycomb. The entire panel of the airplane-graded material is anodized after machining, which lends a rich shine to the top surface. In Japanese designer Keiji Takeuchi's concept, the tabletop works as a reinforced structure that accommodates common screw-in joinery for the varied A.T.S. leg styles in wood or steel pipe that are available for the flat-packed DIY family. A.T.S is a table that is completed by selecting each of the tops and legs. It is designed to be flat-packed with DIY in mind, with three types of legs (wood, steel pipe, and L-shaped) and the newly added wood, compact, and standard aluminum tops that can be freely combined. Winner of the 2020 GOOD DESIGN AWARD in Chicago, USA. The award recognizes the product for its “flexibility, simplicity, and high quality.
