IPN Table by Dirk Meylaerts Dimensions: W 90 x D 300 x H 74 cm Materials: Steel, Pearwood. Generally, a tabletop can be constructed with boards used length or width-wise. When one uses the boards lengthwise, the tabletop cannot be longer than the size of the tree. A tabletop assembled in width, on the other hand, has the advantage of not being limited in length size: in theory, you can multiply the boards endlessly and create a very long table. I use two metal beams (available in any length) to support this very long tabletop. This system allows the boards their necessary leeway. The tabletop can be fixed to the metal beams by two bolts. Two trestles constitute the feet of the table. They can be put at the end of the table, or more towards the center, as one wishes.
