An exceptional and rare Swedish Modern dining table in oak, designed by Ludvig Sturm and manufactured by Inrednings-Kompaniet AB in the city of Malmö, Sweden, ca. 1948. The table measures 2 meters (6.56 ft) in length and can be extended to approximately 3.36 meters (11.02 ft) with the help of three special wooden extensions. When fully opened, the table perfectly fits up to 10 dining chairs. This table is undoubtedly an impressive piece of 20th-century Swedish craftsmanship, featuring wide sculptural legs and a unique patterned wooden top. Dimensions: When closed (without extensions) H 75.5 cm, W 200 cm, D 95 cm H 29.72 in, W 78.74 in, D 37.4 in When opened (with extensions) H 75.5 cm, W 336 cm, D 95 cm H 29.72 in, W 132.28 in, D 37.4 in Condition: In good original condition, with wear consistent with age and use. Some marks on the tabletop. The table comes with three extensions.
