Pia Manu Dining Table in Marble
Steel, 1990s
Belgian post-modern marble sculptural dining table created by Pia Manu in the 1990s. A sculptural design featuring six cylindrical steel legs and a marble tabletop. The marble shows beautiful veins with subtle grey, green and blue tones. It’s a true eye-catcher, in very good original condition. Pia Manu is a workshop from Ingelmunster, Belgium. Here, amongst others, Jules Dewaele and his son Koen Dewaele designed several design pieces during the 1960s. Pia Manu is still working along similar lines, with natural materials such as stone and travertine combined with ceramics.
