About the Item

Vintage Spanish Colonial Dining Table with Wrought Iron in Solid Stripped Oak honors the traditional craftsmanship and methods that have been handed down from generation to generation. The band-sawn legs are in a lyre form, with splayed feet for added stability, and are also slightly canted outwards from their sturdy mount on the underside of the thick, solid oak plank table top. For additional strength and longevity, a pair of wrought iron stretchers were fancifully scrolled with subtle painted accents on the roundels, and connected from the crosspiece of the leg supports to the underside of the table top. The thick planks of the top are so stout an apron is not necessary, which provides more leg clearance than typical antique or vintage tables, ideal for your dining comfort even for tall folk! circa mid-1900s Measures 30.5H x 86W x 31.5D; knee clearance 28.5H.
