About the Item
A quietly architectural work, the Poise Sculpted Dining Table reflects Alentes’ devotion to form, craftsmanship, and the timeless spatial language that informs the studio’s practice. Entirely handcrafted in Greece, the piece is cast from the studio’s proprietary stone and marble aggregate, which gives it a velvety mineral surface and a presence closer to carved stone than casting.
Crafted in white cast stone that is mixed and poured by hand, the table is formed with care and sealed with a specialized protective coating that renders the surface non-absorbent and highly durable. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use while avoiding prolonged exposure to standing water. Its substantial form and low center of gravity allow it to remain firmly anchored, performing reliably even in high-wind outdoors. Cleaning is simple with a damp cloth.
All Alentes products are covered by a 24-month guarantee against manufacturing faults and defects from the date of original delivery.
Alentes Atelier packages each piece using methods suitable for fragile items to minimize any risk during transit. For insured shipments through Alentes Atelier, buyers are advised to unpack and inspect their order upon delivery. In the event of shipping damage, a report and photographic evidence must be submitted within 3 working days; all insured shipments are eligible for replacement in the case of transport-related damage.
If the piece does not fit the intended space as expected, a return may be initiated within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, the original shipping charges, and any customs duties or taxes incurred during export and re-import to the country of origin. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
Please note that shipping costs from November through January may fluctuate due to seasonal holiday pricing. Orders placed during this period will receive final shipping confirmation upon purchase.
