About the Item
Exceptional Art Deco, Moderne, Machine Age side table, made in the USA by the Gordon's Fine Furniture Company, circa 1930/40's. The table features an octagonal tempered glass top, which rests on a flairing wood, and metal base. Design reminiscent of Gilbert Rohde, Donald Deskey, with obvious French Deco influence evident as well. Hard to find form, good, in original condition, specific condition report as follows. The thick glass top has chips along its edge, and is imperfect, usable as is but again, is imperfect. the base is in very fine, original, clean and ready to use condition.
