About the Item
A French walnut bedside tables with one with open shelf from the late with heart shape in both sides, the other one with three dovetailed drawers. This French 'table de chevet' features a rectangular top surrounded by a three-quarter wooden gallery with two hearts one in each side. It has an open shelf perfect for books and other possessions. The sides are simply adorned with raised panels standing out on a recessed background. A beautifully scalloped apron connects the four cabriole legs to one another. With its elegant silhouette and beautiful oak patina, this French side tables, circa 1890, will works beautifully as a nightstand.
