About the Item

Timeless elegance meets functional design with this pair of mid-century modern, lacquered walnut and glass magazine rack side end tables made in Italy circa 1950 attributed to the renowned designer Ico Parisi. The stunning sculptural lacquered walnut frames support two solid glass panes; one slanted shelf for magazines and one level glass as table top. Subtle brass finials cap the brace points for the glass. These tables are the perfect addition to add sophistication to any decor. Domenico "Ico" Parisi was a modernist Italian designer and architect who was most prolific during the 1950s designing both one-of-a-kind pieces as well as designing for large companies like Cassina, Singer Sons, and Capelinni.
