Unique modernist design table by Ernst Rockhausen, handcrafted in the Arts
Crafts era.
The combination of the stylish and timeless design and the natural materials makes this rare table an absolute joy to own and look at. The warm patina of the nutwood and the golden-brass color complement each other remarkably well. Over the years we have sold a few rare antiques made by Ernst Rockhausen of Waldheim, Germany, but never before had we seen or owned a pedestal table of his hand. To have found one in this beautiful and ready to use condition more than made our day.
For many decades all kinds of attractive items will have been put on display on this stylish and all handcrafted antique table and if you already have a vase or sculpture in mind then this stylish and open design, modernist table could be flying your way soon. It stands as strong and stabile as the day it left the artisan's studio and thanks to its timeless design this unique stand will look great in an Arts and Crafts, in an Art Deco and even in a contemporary interior.
