Late 18th century Swiss or German games table. Elegant form. Concertina action, ideal for seating while in use. Candle wells. Walnut. Quartered veneer panel with wide herringbone band. Vertically veneered apron. Graceful cabriole legs of figured solid walnut descend to simplified hoof foot. Square when opened. Minor warp to the top right. Re-baized games surface. Small veneer patch on top minor corner edge veneer losses. 35.25" w., 17 5/8" d., 29 7/8" h. We are a family business that has been a major source for the selective buyer for over 90 years.
