About the Item
This unique rococo table is a fine example of European craftsmanship from the late 1700s of French origin. Made in the Rococo style, it features a richly detailed marquetry top with floral and geometric patterns, using various types of wood such as walnut, maple, and possibly rosewood.
The table stands on elegant cabriole legs, characteristic of the Louis XV period. It is in very good condition for its age, with minor signs of wear consistent with its historical use. The intricate inlay work and graceful form make it not only a functional piece but a true work of art.
