About the Item
Fantastic and unusual base chess game table with inlaid board squares and banding on the perimeter of board. Rope banding on edge of all sides of the top. Fabulous base created with barley twist legs and stretchers along with cast brass eagle claws grasping a ball acting as the feet. Table was lightly refinished and looks amazing. Has some wear spots from age and use. Drawer slides out to either side of table. Rare to find this table.
