About the Item
An exquisite pair of French 19th century Neo-Classical st. ormolu and Mahogany gueridon side tables. Each table is raised by exceptional and most unique claw feet with a fine foliate accent below the elegantly curved legs. Each leg is connected by a bottom stretcher with a richly chased rosette and a central shelf with a mahogany top fitted within a mottled ormolu border. Above each leg are remarkable finely detailed eagle heads with rings in their mouths all below the beautiful mahogany top also fitted within a mottled ormolu border.
