Antique country French farmhouse walnut worktable, France, circa 1850. This beautiful table embodies rustic elegance. Crafted of wormy walnut, a high-grade wood with a desirable aesthetic the French used to make worktables and farm related "work" furniture. Features a single dovetail drawer, robust cabriole legs, apron with carved trim and a carved edge planked top. A fabulous table characterized by its rustic charm with time-adorned patina, stunning wood grain and refined contour.
