About the Item
Unique and highly functional, this mid century former lab table was given a fabulous upgrade. Talk about an epic kitchen island with 4 good sized drawers running down each side for storage. The 1.5” thick solid butcher block top was sandblasted, sanded and waxed bringing out all of the beautiful character of the wood. Glass was added to the 4 cabinet doors. And best of all, a custom welded base and adjustable legs were added raising it to work table height and balancing the whole design of this piece. Counter height stools would fit just right!
