Reading table for the dispatch bureau of the daily newspaper "Die Zeit" in Vienna, Kärntnerstrasse/Annagasse, 1902 designed by Otto Wagner. A reconstruction of the façade is exhibited at the Wien Museum. First published in Deutsche Kunst und Dekoration, Band XI, Oktober 1902-März 1903, pages 117-119
An important example for the modern movement in Vienna circa 1900, which was ignited by Otto Wagner with his radical avoidance of historistic elements. The images from the original table are taken at the MAK.
