This Set of French Directoire Style Nesting Tables By Maison Jansen are made of the highest quality and are a great example of Jansen's standard for high quality furniture. These 3 nesting tables are equipped with two pieces of smoked rose glass with a mirrored border as well as one piece of sick glass/mirror which is believed to added on after. This handsome set of tables is perfect for any living room, bedroom or office and is bound to bring an overwhelming sense of luxury into your home or place of choosing. If you look at the photos provided you will see the high quality brass frames which do some some tarnishing due to age. Maison Jansen was an interior decoration office based out of Paris founded in 1880 by Jean-Henri Jansen. They specialized in mostly Louis XVI style furniture and then progressing and adapting to changes throughout the years until they transitioned into Deco and Mid Century modern in their final years. The firm closed its doors in 1989. The firm was taken over Stephane Boudin in 1920 who continued the legacy and was responsible for decorating the white house with Jackie Kennedy while President JFK was in office. These tables are in good antique/vintage condition with the exception of some light surface scratches, Minor finish loss to the mirrored borders on the smoked glass as well a few deeper scratches on the glass tops but nothing too serious. The brass frames are slightly tarnished as well but otherwise good condition. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to reach out and ask!

- Condition:Replacements made: I believe The largest of the 3 tables has sick mirror that was put in at a later point in time after original owners purchased the set. this was probably done 50 years ago as the sick glass has age. Wear consistent with age and use. good vintage condition with the exception of some light surface scratches, Minor finish loss to the mirrored borders on the smoked glass as well a few deeper scratches on the glass tops but nothing serious. The brass frames are slightly tarnished.
