Unusual early 20th Century Art Nouveau flower tub out of Austria from the period around 1905. Made of beechwood and trimmed to a dark mahogany style, this amazing looking pedestal/ flower tub is an absolute eyecatcher. With a large "tub" (24" x 24") throning on top, this exceptional artfully designed pedestal provides a lot of space for arranging your beautiful plants/ flowers. Underneath it you have this Art Nouveau typical, artfully crafted bracing. A second practical smaller compartment can be found in the lower third. In combination with the long, slender legs which are additionally adorned by shining brass feet, this one of a kind Art Nouveau flower tub is a real rare piece of early 20th century furniture.
