The BLEO Pedestal by Daniel Couttolenc combines solid geometric forms with soft sculptural elements, creating an elegant display stand rooted in sacred geometry and the golden ratio. Crafted from solid Oak Wood with a Cream Wash Tint finish, this architectural piece features a vertical prism with a concave quarter-sphere cut-out at the top and a convex hemisphere at the base. The juxtaposition of right angles and curves reflects the balance between dualities—visible and invisible, material and spiritual—fostering harmony in your space.
This piece is customisable upon request.
The BLEO Collection (2023): an evocative exploration of form and function by Daniel Couttolenc.
Rooted in the harmony of spheres and half spheres, each BLEO piece combines nature’s geometry with practical utility, creating a sculptural furniture collection that resonates beyond aesthetics and invites a deeper, sensory connection. Daniel’s design universe is an eclectic fusion of worlds: from industrial car design and interior architecture to photography and collectible furniture. In many aspects, this synthesis of contrasts found its harmony through Daniel’s study of sacred geometry.
BLEO features a range of furniture pieces sculpted from premium Red Oak wood with a cream wash finish, also available in alternative finishes like Black Oak and Tzalam. The collection includes coffee tables, stools, pedestals, and auxiliary tables, each defined by their distinctive use of spherical and hemispherical design elements and precise dimensions inspired by sacred geometry.
Daniel’s practice is meticulous and detail-driven. He approaches each design with reverence for proportion, symmetry, and energy. Rather than conceiving geometry as ornamentation, he treats it as a generative system - one that brings structural clarity and spiritual resonance to each piece. His works are conceived not just as functional objects, but as living expressions of harmony, creating subtle vibrations that invite reflection and connection.
Through this synthesis of precision and intuition, Daniel is shaping a new narrative for design: one where the measurable and the mystical are no longer opposites, but inseparable voices within the same harmony.

Galerie Philia
Galerie Philia is an international contemporary sculptural design and art gallery representing emerging and established designers and artists. The gallery is the brainchild of two brothers who share a lifetime passion for art, literature and philosophy. Their distinct academic background sets them apart from their peers, as it sees them following a rhizomatic and transcultural approach in the way they select works. This involves combining elements from multiple cultures in what becomes a network of harmoniously interconnected roots, ultimately revealing the beauty of each unique creation. The gallery’s non-hierarchical curation sits apart from the ephemerality of trends and focuses instead on the true aesthetic quality of the piece – alluring and timeless. Unlike others, Galerie Philia does not focus on a single style – whether minimalist, organic or raw – but rather embraces heterogeneity. The Galerie Philia takes pride in discovering new talents, providing them with multiple international platforms to showcase their latest creations. As well as propelling the newest generation of 21st century collectible design, Galerie Philia also works with internationally known design artists. Galerie Philia has a strong international presence, with galleries in Geneva, New York and Singapore. In addition to their permanent spaces, the gallery organizes temporary group exhibitions and artists residencies in first-class locations around the world.
