A 1970s Italian pedestal carved from honed porous travertine. The column is deeply fluted and capped with a softly rounded oval top. Its base rests on stacked travertine and black marble, an elegant contrast of tone and finish. At just under 30 inches high, it serves effortlessly as a plinth for sculpture or vessel.
Condition: Good vintage condition, with light surface scratches and wear along the edges. One black marble base has a visible crack, as shown in photos.
