About the Item

This functionalist Bauhaus-style serving cart originates from Czechoslovakia from the first half of the 20th century and is a creation of the renowned Robert Slezák Factories. The carts frame is crafted from tubular chrome-plated steel, which has been professionally cleaned to restore its original mirror-like luster. The top surface is made of oak-veneered blockboard, and the wood polish has been revived, emphasizing the natural beauty of the material. Thanks to its swivel casters, the cart is mobile and fully functional, ideal for serving or as an elegant side table with storage space (open shelf) in your interior. The entire cart has undergone restoration and is ready for immediate use. Our professional refurbishing team in Czechia has fully restored it according to the original process. It has been re-polished with polyutherane piano lacquer by our professional refurbishing team in Czechia according to the original process. This item features classic Bauhaus design elements. Elements of this style are neutral colors and occasional bright primary colors. Bauhaus designers avoided the fussy and pretentious, looking for clean, modern lines. Perfect for a timeless yet modern look.
