The Steelyard kitchen island is made from solid white oak and aluminum plate with a durable and easy to clean blackened steel patterned vinyl. The thick metal plate and stout form of this island provides an anchor point for an open floor plan kitchen, or a place to congregate in any living space.
KLN Studio designs and makes each piece by hand in their Brooklyn workshop. All pieces are made to order with the utmost care, ensuring heirloom quality ready for generations of future use and enjoyment. Don't hesitate to reach out about custom sizes, finishes or wood species. Custom projects are also encouraged.
