About the Item
1950ies two-tiered Arlecchino side table designed by Eduardo Paoli in 1955.
Manufactured by Vitrex, Italy ca. in 1960.
Beautiful small side or coffee table designed by Edoardo Paoli for Vitrex. Looking at the details the tables parts revivals it’s level of manufacturing, typical for it‘s time.
The table consists of two tempered glass table tops and conic enameld metal legs, with mounts in solid brass. In the inside a threaded rod allows mounting the parts.
typical for its way manufacturing at the time the glass table tops each carry three small crates resulting from its production. The colorful, conic legs further are one of the convincing details of this item.
The table is on overall good vintage condition appropriate to age and use. The metal legs do show some loss of its original laquer and brass mounts are patinated. Further one glass top shows a slight damage in one edge and typical scratches resulting from use. One rubber foot glide missing.
