About the Item
This handsome New England American Sheraton two-drawer stand features cookie corners terminating on graceful turned ringed legs. A drop leaf in the back lifts up to provide more space for a work table and measures 25.75 inches when open. There is a small drawer on the side made especially for writing implements. Constructed in the manor of Thomas Sheraton of tiger maple with a secondary wood of white pine in the drawers, this extraordinary fine piece of early American furniture would make a statement in any home.
