About the Item

Charming and highly decorative chinoiserie bamboo side table with two lacquered tiers. Both shelfs are hand painted in blacks and reds and gold and for its age the the colors of the bird and flowers are still vibrant. The final varnish shows signs of ageing but the table is still utterly gorgeous to look at. Suitable for all living areas and extremely decorative. Design manufacture: Europe, Victorian / late 19th Century. Height: 86 cm Width: 60 cm Depth: 40 cm This is an original piece and has lived a life before. Therefore it will show signs of wear and/or patina, which gives this side table its unique and charming look. Please fell free to contact me anytime for any further questions you may have.
