About the Item

ANTIQUE SIDE TABLE Constructed of pine with tapered square legs, casting a simple and stylish silhouette. A highly decorative, natural weathered finish with remnants of the original blue/grey paint and dry naturally silvered pine combining to great effect. The table would work well as a side table, console table or perhaps as a desk. Dating from the 19th century and probably English in origin. The table is in good vintage condition. It is solid and sturdy and is in usable condition. There is cosmetic wear and natural patina throughout, which we think adds to its charm and aesthetic and makes it what it is. There is some old, dead woodworm present, which we have treated for good measure. The joints have recently been sured up with wooden blocks underneath the top to aid the stability. Approximate measurements 114cm wide x 52cm deep x 73cm high.
