About the Item
A stunning antique Victorian barley twist occasional side table. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1840-1860 period.
It is beautifully made and is of really high quality. The barley twist base gives a striking design aspect, it sits on a sturdy tripod base and has a beautiful slightly recessed top which has gorgeous grain patterns.
We have had this recently re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age. There are some small marks and indentations beneath the polish here and there, with plenty of character and charm as you would expect from an antique item.
