About the Item

Side table forming a in rosewood veneer and marquetry of brass and mother-of-pearl. Superb top decorated with a floral composition around which a bird, a butterfly and a dragonfly twirl, ornaments in the same spirit on the belt. Four fluted feet joined by a spacer. Drop-leaf top and apron drawer updating a beautiful interior in lemon tree veneer, composed of a beveled mirror and small compartments. Parisian work, circa 1880 Very good condition - new french polish.
