About the Item
American Craftsman furniture was built to last a lifetime.
Oak, solid, was inexpensive and plentiful and therefore used
generously. No plywood! Oak by it's nature is a very hard wood,
therefore, use ( and abuse) does not show as much. Nicks are
not prevalent.
This side table has not been refinished, it has a lovely patina.
There are markings on the underside of the drawer, however
we could not find any reference as to the origin. Possibly
Los Angeles- not sure.
