This beautifully proportioned piece features a solid wooden top with a softly raised edge, resting on an exceptional base composed of finely carved and sculpted swans. The sweeping curves of the swans, symmetrical formed, and detailed ornamentation evoke the imperial style popular under Napoleon III, balancing strength with graceful artistry.
A lower circular shelf provides additional structure and visual harmony, while the table stands firmly on paw feet, a signature Empire detail inspired by classical antiquity.
