About the Item
A wonderful Italian 18th century Louis XV Period Walnut, Tulipwood and Bronze side table. This charming table, from the Veneto region, is raised by handsome richly carved square cabriole legs below the straight frieze. At the frieze is one drawer with a Bronze keyhole escutcheon, fitted with a Fleur de Lys paper lining and all original hardware. The sides also display elegant carved recessed panels. The impressive scalloped shaped top, with a concave front and back, is centered by a wonderful Walnut and Tulipwood inlaid reserve. All original warm patina throughout.
