About the Item
Custom crafted by our own master metalsmith in our workshop/studio is this stylish occasional table which fuses our favorite design elements of leather wrapped brass bamboo.
The optic bubble wheel-ground glass is an original Magiscope by Feliciano Bejar (1920-2007) of Mexico.
It stands 27.5 inches high.
The table pedestal stem and tripod base are custom fabricated of gold plated solid brass in bamboo form and wrapped in saddle stitched periwinkle blue leather.
Mounted to the pedestal is a gold plated brass and leather basket for holding your favorite newspaper or magazine.
The Magiscope glass top is 19-1/2 inches diameter and is signed "Feliciano Bejar '76".
It is secured by a gold plated solid brass cap.
