About the Item
Decorate a living room or den with this elegant pair of antique side tables. Crafted in France, circa 1960 and square in shape with bombe sides, each table stands on cabriole legs embellished with bronze dore mounts at the shoulder, and ending with bronze sabots over feet. Each end table surface is embellished with a bronze gallery band around the edges; it is further dressed with an inset red marble top, over a bombe apron decorated with gilt floral mounts. The Louis XV veneer occasional tables are in good condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich walnut patina and bright gilt decorative ormolu mounts throughout. Very well done professional restorations to the marble. See detailed images.
