About the Item

A pair of Italian side tables with Murano glass inset tiles. This design is often associated with the American importer Raymor, which exported goods from various Scandinavian and Italian factories to the United States from the 1940s until 1980. This pair, with various shades of blue toned tiles, were most likely brought to this country by a visitor to the Venice region of Mestre, as they both bear the label of a midcentury retailer, A. Barbieri Figlio (sons).
