About the Item
A rare Norwegian side table model “Bitten” by Steen
Strøm, produced in the 1950s. Executed in solid wood with an organically shaped top and tripod base. There is an old glued repair, consistent with age and use. The table remains structurally sound. Clean proportions and restrained detailing reflect Scandinavian modern design of the period. Shows light wear and patina.
