About the Item

Where the Flowers Dwell is a collection of sculptural tables created by Spanish designer Marina Fernández Ramos through 3D printing. Each piece draws inspiration from the natural geometries of three wildflowers, Malva, Doronicum, and Silene, species that grow in diverse environments such as roadsides, mountains, and riverbanks. Conceived as small floral structures, the tables bring the essence of these protected species into contemporary spaces. Produced by LOWPOLY, each piece is made from PLA, a compostable bioplastic derived from potato starch, minimizing raw material use and reducing waste. Natural dyes are applied by hand, creating a unique gradient and finish on every table. The result is a series that fuses design, sustainability, and craftsmanship , a poetic expression of organic form that evokes the quiet vitality of flowers in their natural habitat.
