About the Item
A very rare Edwardian inlaid satinwood occasional or wine table, finely carved and of exceptional quality with rich patination, grain and with finely cast brass fittings throughout. The well figured line inlaid moulded and crossbanded top with brass border detail is raised over a beautifully simple frieze supported on elegant ring turned fluted leg with brass detail, conjoined with crossbanded and inlaid concave undertier shelf, terminating on outsplayed foliate cast sabot foot.
