About the Item
Pretty coffee table in black Chinese lacquer. The feet are slightly curved and adorned with golden arabesque patterns at the bottom and top. The entablature and the apron of the top are also decorated with gilt arabesque motifs. The magnificent tray is richly decorated with inlays of mother-of-pearl and hard stones representing two women carrying baskets in the middle of a natural setting.
