An authentic Tolix yellow-painted iron table, designed and manufactured in France by Xavier Pauchard, the pioneering force behind Tolix. Known for its rugged utility and distinctly modern industrial aesthetic, this table is a hallmark of French mid-20th century design.
Crafted from pressed sheet metal and treated with zinc for rust resistance, Tolix tables were originally made for cafés, factories, and outdoor use. The vibrant yellow enamel paint (likely original or beautifully patinated) speaks to the period's bold embrace of color and function.
