About the Item

This early twentieth century French tole tray table is painted yellow with black detailing. Its two removable trays feature central lyre motifs and are detailed with a leaf motif. Each tray has cut outs on the ends that serve as handles. The trays rest on a folding stand that has a mechanism on the bottom that allows it to be locked in place. Ideal as a coffee table. c. 1920.
