About the Item

English mahogany oval serving tray with elaborate inlaid surface, scalloped gallery, and cast brass standing brass bail handles. The tray features a highly detailed and symmetrical Adam style Neoclassic inlay with floral swags, drapery, and penwork detailing. The underside has been felted. England, circa 1800's. Dimensions: 26-3/4" L x 17" W x 2-1/2" H (to top of handles)
