«Stormy Day» wurde auf naturbelassener Jute mit handgefertigten Schablonen und Acrylfarben gestaltet. Die Rückseite ist mit goldfarbenen Metallblättchen gearbeitet, die sich durch das Gewebe leicht abzeichnen und dem Werk einen beinahe transparenten, atmosphärischen Charakter verleihen.
Abhängig vom Licht zeigt sich der goldene Schimmer mal sanfter, mal stärker - poetsich wie ein flüchtiger Himmelsmoment, eingefangen in einem zeitgenössischen Wandobjekt.
