About the Item
Fine hand-painted depiction of Marie Antoinette, wife of French King Louis XVI, the last Queen of France before the French Revolution.
This painting dates ca. 19th century, very likely French. Tempera, signed Rouze. Original Glass plate and gilt bronze frame. To be hanged or displayed on.
Sized 7.5cm x 5.5 cm unframed / 11 cm x 7.5 cm framed.
