An interesting antique oval plaster relief plaque of a musical putto, dating to circa 1870. The putto or winged cherub is well-captured, with great wings and a shawl on its back as it plays a violin. A wonderful decorative piece for an interior wall, this classical plaque comes with a hoop to the reverse ready for wall mounting.
